1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
