- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data to enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction.
- Utilize the Tiffany Touch to personalize client experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Implement best practices in hospitality to create memorable client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback and optimize service delivery based on the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role is required.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
