- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase lifetime spend.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data effectively.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and commitment to the Tiffany brand.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on building personal client business.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of gemology is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-focused role.
A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
