- Document current and future process flows to analyze business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes, and other system specifications.
- Conduct requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts, documenting findings accordingly.
- Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans and work assignments.
- Coordinate and follow up on project tasks, ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Communicate status updates to project team members and management.
- Develop test cases and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Produce user training documentation and collaborate with business units to train users.
- Act as a facilitator and escalation point for support on commercial applications, leveraging business knowledge and relationships within the EMEA region.
- Ensure incidents and problems are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, business-related field, or in the third year of an engineering school.
- Trained in project methodologies and requirements collection.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, global organization and matrixed environment.
- Energetic and proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically and influence stakeholders.
- Openness to new technologies and an innovative mindset.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- General interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- Interest or experience in commercial technologies such as e-commerce, CRM, POS, OMS, and global payment platforms is an asset.
