- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive sales and enhance client development.
- Provide exemplary sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Ensure the delivery of the Tiffany Experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance environment.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Champion operational efficiency and seek continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
- Sales leadership and client relationship management.
- Team motivation and development.
- Operational efficiency and compliance management.
- Multilingual communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
