1. Oversee daily operations of the product services department, including workflow management and scheduling for jewelry alterations and repairs.
2. Ensure services meet brand standards and client expectations for a luxury brand.
3. Act as a subject matter expert for technical and operational inquiries.
4. Resolve service-related escalations and ensure seamless client experiences.
5. Maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
6. Set and communicate performance goals for the team.
7. Manage team productivity and quality targets while adhering to labor cost budgets.

9. Lead process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Plan and forecast departmental needs based on historical trends and business insights.

1. Proven experience in jewelry service, repair operations, or luxury retail management.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
3. Ability to manage workflow and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
4. Financial and operational acumen, including labor planning and performance reporting.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

7. Experience handling high-value merchandise with discretion.
8. Gemological training or certification (GIA or equivalent preferred).
