1. Lead and develop a high-performing global team of asset protection and corporate security professionals.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on security and safety-related issues.
3. Participate in local, state, and federal working or advisory groups to stay updated on security-related information.
4. Oversee the budget and resource allocation for asset protection, corporate security, and safety.
5. Collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
6. Oversee and manage asset protection strategy and risk management plans.
7. Oversee auditing and inspection protocols to assess and mitigate security or theft vulnerabilities.
8. Lead operational management and oversight of security operations and incident investigations.
9. Respond to alleged violations of regulations and policies related to asset protection and safety.
10. Develop and influence policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety programs.
11. Lead security strategies and operations for corporate offices globally.
12. Oversee employee safety training and awareness initiatives.
13. Coordinate crisis and incident response processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or a related field preferred.
2. 15+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, risk, and security management.
3. Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and emergency response protocols.

15+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, risk, and security management, with a strong understanding of security principles and emergency response protocols for multinational companies.

Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or a related field preferred.

Base pay range $235,000.00 to $270,000.00 annually.
