- Lead and develop a high-performing global team of asset protection and corporate security professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on security and safety-related issues.
- Participate in local, state, and federal working or advisory groups to stay updated on security-related information.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for asset protection, corporate security, and safety.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Oversee and manage asset protection strategy and risk management plans.
- Oversee auditing and inspection protocols to assess and mitigate security or theft vulnerabilities.
- Lead operational management and oversight of security operations and incident investigations.
- Respond to alleged violations of regulations and policies related to asset protection and safety.
- Develop and influence policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety programs.
- Lead security strategies and operations for corporate offices globally.
- Oversee employee safety training and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate crisis and incident response processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or a related field preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, risk, and security management.
- Strong understanding of security principles, risk management, and emergency response protocols.
- Technical and operational knowledge of security center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of geopolitical landscape and global risks.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
15+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, risk, and security management, with a strong understanding of security principles and emergency response protocols for multinational companies.
Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range $235,000.00 to $270,000.00 annually.
