1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.

3. Proficiency in contract law and corporate governance.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
