- Respond to investor and analyst inquiries, managing incoming calls and emails, and routing requests appropriately.
- Maintain and manage complex calendars for the Investor Relations team, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Support the maintenance of the Investor Relations website and manage inbound inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Assist with planning and logistics of earnings calls and investor events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the Investor Relations team and senior executives.
- Update and maintain the Investor Relations CRM system with accurate contact details and meeting notes.
- Prepare reports on investor sentiment and track key metrics related to investor relations activities.
- Organize and file important Investor Relations documents.
- Complete various administrative tasks, including preparing presentations and managing special projects.
- 10+ years of experience delivering high-level executive administrative support.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting, preferably within Investor Relations or Finance.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
10+ years of experience delivering high-level executive administrative support, preferably within Investor Relations or Finance.
Base pay range from $90,000.00 to $117,000.00 annually.
