Richemont Treasury and Insurance Assistant

1. Manage the Group Treasurer’s diary and travel arrangements
2. Oversee daily activities of the Group Treasury department
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders at an executive level
4. Assist in hiring and onboarding processes for the department
5. Process expenses for the Group Treasurer and direct reports
6. Edit the annual Enterprise Risk report and prepare presentation materials
7. Manage insurance documents and monitor issuance of policies and payments
8. Assist in designing reports, presentations, and manuals
9. Support organization of strategic meetings and events
10. Be the first point of contact for the Group Treasury department
11. Contribute to team events and social gatherings

1. Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a similar position
2. University degree in legal studies is a plus
3. Fluent in English and French

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
2. Knowledge of SAP is an asset
3. Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Autonomous and proactive
6. Dynamic and excellent presentation
7. Flexible and adaptable

Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a similar position.

A University (legal) degree is a plus.
