Richemont Treasury and Insurance Team Assistant

The Group Treasury team in Geneva is integral to Richemont's financial operations, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment for professionals to thrive.
- Manage the Group Treasurer's schedule and oversee travel arrangements for the Treasurer and direct reports.
- Coordinate daily activities and office space management for the Group Treasury department.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at an executive level.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes within the department.
- Process expenses for the Group Treasurer and direct reports.
- Edit the annual Enterprise Risk report and prepare presentation materials.
- Manage the insurance documents repository and monitor issuance of insurance binders and policies.
- Oversee payments of insurance premiums and provide necessary reporting.
- Assist in designing reports, presentations, manuals, and directives.
- Support organization of strategic meetings and events.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Group Treasury department.
- Contribute to a positive workplace environment by managing team events and meetings.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- University degree, preferably in legal studies, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Autonomous, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
- Dynamic presentation skills and a client-centered mindset.
A minimum of four years in a comparable position, demonstrating proficiency in administrative and coordination tasks within a financial or insurance context.
University degree, preferably in legal studies, is advantageous.
