1. Coordinate and monitor physical inventory processes.
2. Manage inventory transactions, including stock adjustments and provisions.
3. Execute month-end and year-end closing adjustments.
4. Support external audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
6. Lead projects related to digitalization, paperless initiatives, and process simplification.
7. Facilitate system integration and upgrades.
8. Develop and implement new business processes and schemes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a business environment or equivalent.

1. Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English communication and writing.
3. Strong team-player with excellent relationship-building skills.
4. Proficient knowledge of J-GAAP, tax, and IFRS preferred.
5. Advanced Excel and financial system skills with adaptability to new environments.
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in accounting within a business company or equivalent environment is preferred.
