Richemont Senior Business Controller

- Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly estimates with local and headquarters teams.
- Engage in ad hoc work on three-year planning scenarios and actively participate in budget meetings.
- Upload budget figures into local management report systems such as SAP-Anaplan.
- Prepare monthly FP&A reports, including variance analysis of actuals versus budget and prior year, with a focus on cost savings.
- Assist brands with various ad hoc reports and analyses, and prepare investment requests.
- Support marketing, retail, and wholesale teams on spending, tracking, and landing.
- Run weekly and monthly sales reports for Richemont UK, focusing on key figures by distribution channel, product category, and brand.
- Create and maintain CO objects and customize tables in SAP PR1.
- Maintain the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) matrix and review accounting adjustments during month-end review.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency through harmonization, digitalization, and simplification.
- Background in finance or auditing with a strong emphasis on controlling.
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High degree of autonomy, motivation, leadership, and initiative.
- Attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional collaboration and outcomes.
Extensive experience in financial controlling and analysis, with a proven track record of influencing outcomes and leading process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
