1. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly estimates with local and headquarters teams.
2. Engage in ad hoc work on three-year planning scenarios and actively participate in budget meetings.
3. Upload budget figures into local management report systems such as SAP-Anaplan.
4. Prepare monthly FP&A reports, including variance analysis of actuals versus budget and prior year, with a focus on cost savings.
5. Assist brands with various ad hoc reports and analyses, and prepare investment requests.
6. Support marketing, retail, and wholesale teams on spending, tracking, and landing.
7. Run weekly and monthly sales reports for Richemont UK, focusing on key figures by distribution channel, product category, and brand.
8. Create and maintain CO objects and customize tables in SAP PR1.
9. Maintain the Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) matrix and review accounting adjustments during month-end review.
10. Identify opportunities for process efficiency through harmonization, digitalization, and simplification.
