Richemont Transportation Coordinator

- Provide support to Richemont North America in executing transportation solutions and interfacing with carriers and vendors.
- Manage the group transportation mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer service teams.
- Organize and schedule special transportation for non-standard requests, such as traveling product shows and boutique openings.
- Oversee the freight claims process, including filing, documentation, and coordination with carriers until resolution.
- Provide proof of delivery information and collaborate with operations to address customer routing guide violations.
- Maintain daily transportation records in compliance with federal regulations and company guidelines.
- High school diploma required; additional college education preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in multitasking and high learning agility.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.
- Capacity to work semi-autonomously and manage time efficiently.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in transportation coordination or a related field.
High school diploma required; additional college education preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
