- Support the rollout of the Group's Workday solution across the APAC region, guiding countries in adapting to the solution.
- Provide first-line support to HR users for the new Workday solution, including report usage and SAP integration support.
- Independently create local Workday reports using global templates and tools.
- Deliver training sessions to key users and prepare comprehensive user guides on Workday.
- Maintain and manage local solutions interacting with the HRIS landscape.
- Act as the primary contact for HR users and local stakeholders regarding HR solutions.
- Degree or diploma in Information Systems, HR Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, with a preference for consulting experience.
- Strong interest in HR business practices and their translation into HRIS solutions.
- Patience and ability to guide users in Workday usage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of commercial understanding.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
