Richemont Salesforce QA Lead

- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy.
- Manage the C360 Service Cloud testing team in executing test plans and test cases.
- Write, review, approve, and execute test cases.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to write test cases.
- Plan and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, leading related ceremonies.
- Manage the non-regression testing strategy.
- Monitor and report on testing activities.
- Utilize test automation tools effectively.
- Conduct performance testing and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Lead focused on Salesforce implementations is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
