- Provide the best talents in a timely manner to meet business needs while nurturing a long-term talent pipeline.
- Offer strategic partnership by providing market and talent insights to hiring managers and the HR community.
- Oversee proactive searching in databases and external channels for diverse talents.
- Deliver impactful Richemont messages to attract, connect, and engage with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Share exceptional talent within the TA community in Europe and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS People First and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Use systems and tools diligently to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.
- Manage recruitment agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance review.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.
- Strong knowledge and experience in local practices in Italy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates.
- Proficiency in navigating and mastering various online and offline sourcing channels.
At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization. Previous work experience in the luxury manufacturing field is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
