- Provide top-tier talent in a timely manner to meet business needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future success.
- Offer strategic partnership to the business by delivering market and talent insights to hiring managers and the HR community.
- Oversee proactive talent sourcing from diverse backgrounds to enrich the organization.
- Serve as a Richemont ambassador, delivering impactful messaging to attract and engage candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Share exceptional talent within the Talent Acquisition community across Europe and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS People First and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Utilize systems and tools responsibly to ensure analytics, transparency, and consistency.
- Manage recruitment agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.
- Strong knowledge and experience in local Italian practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates.
- Proficiency in navigating and mastering various online and offline sourcing channels.
A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably within a matrix, fast-paced organization. Experience in the luxury manufacturing field is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
