1. Provide the best talents in a timely manner to meet business needs while nurturing a long-term talent pipeline.
2. Offer strategic partnership by providing market and talent insights to hiring managers and the HR community.
3. Oversee proactive searching in databases and external channels for diverse talents.
4. Deliver impactful Richemont messages to attract, connect, and engage with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
5. Share exceptional talent within the TA community in Europe and maintain accurate candidate information in ATS People First and LinkedIn Recruiter.
6. Use systems and tools diligently to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.
7. Manage recruitment agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance review.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in local practices in Italy.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
2. Ability to engage with key stakeholders and top candidates.
3. Proficiency in navigating and mastering various online and offline sourcing channels.

At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization. Previous work experience in the luxury manufacturing field is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
