1. Manage the Campus recruitment initiatives across all Maisons, overseeing recruitment campaigns and partnerships with educational institutions.
2. Coordinate the Campus France community and implement projects addressing Campus-related challenges.
3. Lead the recruitment process for Montblanc, Delvaux, and Buccellati in France and Monaco, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
4. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and potentially recruit within their domains.
5. Monitor and analyze ATS performance data, ensuring comprehensive reporting and necessary action implementation.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects, including the transition to a new HR information system (Workday).

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency.

1. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other IT tools.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
4. Analytical mindset and methodical approach.
5. Persuasive communication skills.

A minimum of one year of successful recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Compensation ranges from €38,000 to €48,000, commensurate with experience.
