- Manage the Campus recruitment initiatives across all Maisons, overseeing recruitment campaigns and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Coordinate the Campus France community and implement projects addressing Campus-related challenges.
- Lead the recruitment process for Montblanc, Delvaux, and Buccellati in France and Monaco, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and potentially recruit within their domains.
- Monitor and analyze ATS performance data, ensuring comprehensive reporting and necessary action implementation.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including the transition to a new HR information system (Workday).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other IT tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and methodical approach.
- Persuasive communication skills.
A minimum of one year of successful recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Compensation ranges from €38,000 to €48,000, commensurate with experience.
