1. Participate in the recruitment process for Richemont interns in Switzerland.
2. Identify potential candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings of top profiles.
3. Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
4. Assist in organizing campus events in collaboration with Richemont Group and targeted schools to attract top talent.
5. Represent the company at on-site events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
6. Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with schools and universities.
7. Aid in the development and enhancement of the internship program.
8. Collaborate on projects related to the digitalization of HR documents and the improvement and updating of HR administrative processes.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree and seeking a mandatory internship.
2. Fluent in English and French.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
4. Positive personality with a strong team spirit.

No prior experience required, but involvement in similar activities is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
