Talent Acquisition Intern

1. Coordinate initiatives and projects to drive talent acquisition transformation.
2. Collect talent acquisition-related needs and support collaborative working methods.
3. Support analytics and reporting initiatives related to data accuracy, diversity hiring, and university engagement.
4. Collaborate with the Employer Branding and University team on projects and update HR toolkits.

1. Educational background in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar.
2. Internship agreement with school/university mandatory.
3. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting ideally on 15.02.2025.

1. Ease with technology and data.
2. Business mindset with a focus on improving the status quo.
3. Excellent written and oral English language skills; another language is a plus.
4. Ability to plan, coordinate, and react quickly to changes.
5. High attention to detail.

No specific experience required, but a people-focused approach, perseverance, and a curious mindset are valued.
