- Collaborate with Central Functions HR Directors and Managers to define and implement Rewards guidelines and policies.
- Manage the Compensation Review process, including budget assumptions, data analysis, and payroll integration.
- Ensure job ranking consistency and analyze compensation structure competitiveness.
- Train HR colleagues and Managers on Rewards philosophy and policies.
- Monitor personal costs and HR KPIs, producing regular reports and analyses.
- Lead the Compensation stream, aligning with Group Rewards agenda for Swiss entities.
- Define and implement compensation benchmarks for Switzerland.
- Provide expertise on Compensation topics, including job grading and market data.
- Lead communication and updates on the My Reward platform regarding Benefits programs.
- Explore and communicate innovative solutions for flexible Benefits and health management.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits and financial controlling.
- Proficiency in both strategic and operational tasks.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships.
- Curiosity and innovative thinking.
- Effective communication skills.
