1. Collaborate with Central Functions HR Directors and Managers to define and implement Rewards guidelines and policies.
2. Manage the Compensation Review process, including budget assumptions, data analysis, and payroll integration.
3. Ensure job ranking consistency and analyze compensation structure competitiveness.
4. Train HR colleagues and Managers on Rewards philosophy and policies.
5. Monitor personal costs and HR KPIs, producing regular reports and analyses.
6. Lead the Compensation stream, aligning with Group Rewards agenda for Swiss entities.
7. Define and implement compensation benchmarks for Switzerland.
8. Provide expertise on Compensation topics, including job grading and market data.
9. Lead communication and updates on the My Reward platform regarding Benefits programs.
10. Explore and communicate innovative solutions for flexible Benefits and health management.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits and financial controlling.
2. Proficiency in both strategic and operational tasks.
3. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 7 years in compensation & benefits and financial controlling, with a proven track record in both strategic and operational roles.
