1. Propose and validate architectural solutions with the Architecture Board.
2. Ensure developed solutions align with approved architecture and best practices.
3. Define and enforce AEM development standards and integration guidelines.
4. Ensure seamless integration of third-party products into Richemont’s ecosystem.
5. Analyze business objectives and propose scalable, high-performance solutions.
6. Provide technical expertise on AEM and e-Commerce integrations.
7. Support development teams in troubleshooting complex issues.
8. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
9. Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
10. Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance across e-Commerce operations.
11. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
12. Support Program Managers and Product Area Manager in effort estimation, roadmaps, and resource planning.
13. Guide integration with external systems to maintain data consistency.

1. 6+ years of experience in AEM development, including architecture, design, and implementation.
2. Strong front-end expertise in Vue.js, jQuery, CSS, npm, and Webpack.
3. Hands-on experience managing e-Commerce website development and delivery.
4. Proven experience in microservices architecture and enterprise integration.
5. Experience leading cross-functional development teams.
6. Knowledge of Docker-based deployments.
7. Strong background in security best practices for web applications.
8. Experience in ElasticSearch, internationalization, and localization.
9. Proficiency in unit, integration, and system testing methodologies.
10. Familiarity with IAM tools is a plus.
11. Very good understanding of Agile frameworks.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to mentor, motivate and guide development teams
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to explore new technologies
11. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment

A minimum of 6 years in AEM development with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation, as well as experience in managing e-Commerce website development and delivery.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
