Richemont Digital Transformation Project Manager

- Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Direct project teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify and implement optimal technological solutions (ERP, MES, IoT, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT, logistics, engineering teams, and external vendors for seamless solution implementation.
- Promote operational excellence initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Support operational teams in their transformation journey in alignment with the organization's strategic plan.
- Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes by developing communication and training strategies.
- Act as a change ambassador, actively participating in strategic projects to ease transitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems (ERP, MES, IoT, etc.) and digital technologies.
- Experience with low-code development platforms is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital transformation, lean, or continuous improvement projects within an industrial or laboratory environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
