Senior Regional Controller

1. Monitor business trends across markets and analyze related costs and planning deviations.
2. Recommend and implement measures to achieve business goals and ensure budget and forecast integrity.
3. Conduct insightful analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
4. Lead investment case studies for support functions.
5. Develop templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budget consolidation, and presentation preparation.
6. Drive process and report automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
7. Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies.
8. Promote and enforce financial discipline within the organization.
9. Participate in ad hoc projects to drive functional efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Possess a university degree from a reputable tertiary institution.

At least 8 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, with experience in a matrix organization highly valued. Retail industry experience is an advantage.
