1. Monitor business trends across markets, analyze costs and planning deviations, and implement measures to achieve business goals and ensure budget and forecast integrity.
2. Conduct insightful analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making, leading investment case studies for support functions.
3. Develop templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budget consolidation, and presentation preparation.
4. Drive process and report automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
5. Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies, manage financial plans, monitor financial targets/KPIs, and oversee related processes.
6. Promote financial discipline within the organization, ensuring quality of financial forecasts and compliance with corporate finance policies.
7. Participate in ad hoc projects to drive functional efficiency and effectiveness.

1. University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A.
3. Experience in a matrix organization, with retail industry experience as an advantage.

6. Active listening, curiosity, and sharp business acumen.

A minimum of 8 years in Controlling/FP&A, preferably within a matrix organization and with retail industry exposure.

University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
