Richemont Senior Regional Controller

- Monitor business trends across markets, analyze costs and planning deviations, and implement measures to achieve business goals and ensure budget and forecast integrity.
- Conduct insightful analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making, leading investment case studies for support functions.
- Develop templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budget consolidation, and presentation preparation.
- Drive process and report automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies, manage financial plans, monitor financial targets/KPIs, and oversee related processes.
- Promote financial discipline within the organization, ensuring quality of financial forecasts and compliance with corporate finance policies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to drive functional efficiency and effectiveness.
- University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A.
- Experience in a matrix organization, with retail industry experience as an advantage.
- Strong technical skills in managing complex, high-volume data and building templates for reporting and consolidation.
- Process-oriented and systematic approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High learning agility and ability to thrive in dynamic market conditions.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Active listening, curiosity, and sharp business acumen.
A minimum of 8 years in Controlling/FP&A, preferably within a matrix organization and with retail industry exposure.
University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
