Richemont Operations Associate

- Efficiently pick, pack, and merge orders in accordance with established guidelines.
- Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as necessary.
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products.
- Verify production or location accuracy and assign product locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
- Perform tasks involving standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance occasionally.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Fluency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Experience in an entry-level warehouse or production environment preferred.
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Flexibility with work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently.
Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production work environment is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED
