1. Develop and recommend target architecture, strategies, and processes in alignment with Enterprise Architect guidelines.
2. Collaborate with Product, Integration Platform, and Enterprise Architects to ensure architectural consistency across Client Platforms.
3. Facilitate architecture, integration, and security discussions with other Architects.
4. Ensure Salesforce organizations are scalable, secure, and aligned with future business and technical needs.
5. Maintain repositories of best practices, technical guidelines, and integration strategies.
6. Ensure Product Teams adhere to Client Platform architecture principles through centralized sessions for design validation and technical review.
7. Oversee testing and notifications of upcoming Salesforce releases.
8. Evaluate impacts of Salesforce releases and other major platform changes.
9. Participate in technology stack selection based on requirements and limitations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 8-10+ years of experience in technology delivery.
3. Proven experience in the design and implementation of Salesforce programs.
4. Salesforce certification(s) are mandatory.

1. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
3. Strong customer service focus.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all levels.
5. Experience managing stakeholders in a project or matrix organization.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
8. Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

A minimum of 8-10 years in technology delivery with proven experience in Salesforce program design and implementation.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
