- Enhance the employee experience by actively participating in HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, movement, offboarding, and personnel file management.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy by ensuring timely and precise updates of employee data within HR systems.
- Facilitate the migration of HR systems to improve data integrity and streamline processes across the organization.
- Deliver comprehensive support for all HR-related inquiries, providing advisory services and connecting employees to the appropriate tools and resources.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects, such as process improvement and the deployment of new HR technologies, to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
- A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of HR operations or generalist experience in sizable companies.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulatory practices.
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly SAP and Workday.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high level of responsibility.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
A minimum of 5 years of HR operations or generalist experience in sizable companies is required.
A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
