1. Enhance the employee experience by actively participating in HR operations throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, movement, offboarding, and personnel file management.
2. Maintain data integrity and accuracy by ensuring timely and precise updates of employee data within HR systems.
3. Facilitate the migration of HR systems to improve data integrity and streamline processes across the organization.
4. Deliver comprehensive support for all HR-related inquiries, providing advisory services and connecting employees to the appropriate tools and resources.
5. Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects, such as process improvement and the deployment of new HR technologies, to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.

1. A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years of HR operations or generalist experience in sizable companies.
3. Strong understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulatory practices.

1. Familiarity with HR systems, particularly SAP and Workday.
2. Detail-oriented approach with a high level of responsibility.
3. Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
5. High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

A minimum of 5 years of HR operations or generalist experience in sizable companies is required.

A degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
