Senior Coordinator, Physical Security and HSE

1. Support the Security, Health, Safety, and Environment Team.
2. Promote communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Assist Security Managers and coordinate with vendors for operational issues.
4. Collect and review information for incident investigations.
5. Ensure alignment with security standards for boutiques and facilities.
6. Collaborate with store planning and administration teams.
7. Coordinate with third-party security vendors.
8. Support PSHSE Director in daily operations and administrative tasks.
9. Coordinate deliverables between Security Managers.
10. Assist in security risk assessments and event security planning.
11. Provide secretarial and organizational support to PSHSE Director.
12. Liaise with internal and external parties for meetings and communications.
13. Prepare presentations and reports for key meetings.
14. Manage incoming mail and filing systems.
15. Perform other duties related to security, health, and safety.

1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an international company
3. Experience supporting senior leaders

3. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Minimum 5 years of work experience in an international company, supporting senior leaders.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
