Richemont Senior Coordinator, Physical Security and HSE

- Support the Security, Health, Safety, and Environment (PSHSE) Team in communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist Security Managers and coordinate with vendors on operational issues and service performance reviews.
- Collect and review information for incident investigations and ensure alignment with group security standards.
- Collaborate with store planning and administration teams to implement physical and technical security measures.
- Coordinate with third-party security vendors for required executions.
- Support the PSHSE Director, SEAO in daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely response to user requests and assist in security risk assessments and mitigation measures.
- Provide high-quality secretarial and organizational support to the PSHSE Director, SEAO.
- Act as a liaison between the PSHSE Director, managers, and external parties.
- Research and prepare presentations and reports for key meetings.
- Manage incoming correspondence and maintain effective filing systems.
- Perform other duties related to security, health, and safety as instructed.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company supporting senior leaders.
- Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an international company, with exposure to supporting senior leadership.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
