1. Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to enhance stock management and administrative processes across 60 boutiques in Paris and southern France.
2. Innovate and propose solutions for process improvements and task automation, supporting projects initiated by Maisons or the Group.
3. Analyze stock performance and communicate findings to Maison and boutique management, emphasizing report automation and optimization.
4. Conduct training sessions for boutique staff, both remotely and in-person.
5. Monitor daily stock levels, analyze discrepancies, and update data, utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and propose optimization solutions.
6. Perform in-store audits to ensure compliance with commercial rules, financial procedures, and French regulatory systems.
7. Proactively resolve boutique-related issues in collaboration with internal teams, including merchandising, retail operations, and technical teams.

1. Bachelor's degree in management, business school, or equivalent (Bac+5).
2. Relevant experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a prestigious company.
6. Fluency in English is a plus.

A minimum of one year of experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is preferred.
