Richemont Retail Stock Controller

- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to enhance stock management and administrative processes across 60 boutiques in Paris and southern France.
- Innovate and propose solutions for process improvements and task automation, supporting projects initiated by Maisons or the Group.
- Analyze stock performance and communicate findings to Maison and boutique management, emphasizing report automation and optimization.
- Conduct training sessions for boutique staff, both remotely and in-person.
- Monitor daily stock levels, analyze discrepancies, and update data, utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and propose optimization solutions.
- Perform in-store audits to ensure compliance with commercial rules, financial procedures, and French regulatory systems.
- Proactively resolve boutique-related issues in collaboration with internal teams, including merchandising, retail operations, and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in management, business school, or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Relevant experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a prestigious company.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in management, business school, or equivalent (Bac+5).
