As part of the Richemont Group, the Technology department is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive the Group's growth and innovation. The Strategic Vendor Management Office plays a pivotal role in enhancing vendor performance and fostering innovation, ensuring Richemont maintains its competitive edge in the luxury market.

1. Assist in the collection, validation, and cleansing of data related to vendor engagements and performance.
2. Implement data into existing dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Participate in the design and evolution of dashboards and reporting tools, contributing ideas for improved visualization and functionality.
4. Support the reporting and analysis of vendor engagement and performance through data analysis and reporting.
5. Assist in coordinating engagements with various stakeholders involved in the innovation process.
6. Support the sharing and review of innovation ideas.
7. Contribute to the steering of innovation funds, ensuring alignment with existing Master Agreements.
8. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the innovation process.
9. Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, procedures, and data sources.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.
11. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an asset.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Familiarity with data-visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A passion for data and innovation.

Proven experience and maturity in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in project management and data analysis.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree program in a relevant field.
