1. Lead the development and execution of the regional Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent.
2. Empower and collaborate with Market Talent Acquisition Partners to proactively identify and secure exceptional candidates.
3. Manage and mentor a team of three, enhancing their skills to meet market demands and ensure effective talent acquisition.
4. Anticipate industry trends and drive strategic initiatives to align with changes in the luxury sector.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to build talent pools for key organizational roles.
6. Advise executive leadership on talent acquisition strategies for high-level positions.
7. Oversee regional employer branding initiatives in alignment with group strategy.
8. Contribute to global projects and act as a change agent within the Talent Acquisition community.

3. Experience in strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition initiatives.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
