- Lead the development and execution of the regional Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent.
- Empower and collaborate with Market Talent Acquisition Partners to proactively identify and secure exceptional candidates.
- Manage and mentor a team of three, enhancing their skills to meet market demands and ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Anticipate industry trends and drive strategic initiatives to align with changes in the luxury sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build talent pools for key organizational roles.
- Advise executive leadership on talent acquisition strategies for high-level positions.
- Oversee regional employer branding initiatives in alignment with group strategy.
- Contribute to global projects and act as a change agent within the Talent Acquisition community.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
