1. Oversee financial aspects of assigned Maisons in APAC, focusing on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
2. Provide commercial decision support and manage network financial KPIs, investment requests, and cash flow.
3. Support the Business Leadership Team with financial planning, KPI management, resource allocation, and investment prioritization.
4. Prepare materials for APAC Business Review and advise senior leaders on financial aspects of commercial management and policy compliance.
5. Monitor business trends and analyze financial impacts of sales, costs, and project planning deviations.
6. Provide insightful analysis for strategic and operational decisions, including Maison networks and support functions.
7. Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies and monitor financial targets/KPIs.
8. Perform financial closing for select markets and prepare insightful business analysis for the region.
9. Promote financial discipline and ensure quality of financial forecasts and compliance with corporate finance policies.
10. Drive APAC FP&A initiatives to promote best practices and elevate professional competency.
11. Participate in ad hoc finance projects to enhance functional efficiency and effectiveness.

1. University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A.
3. Experience in a matrix organization; retail industry experience is advantageous.
