Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of assigned Maisons for markets in APAC, focusing on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Provide commercial decision support, manage network financial KPIs, handle investment requests, and manage cashflow.
- Support the Business Leadership Team with financial planning, KPI management, resource allocation optimization, and policy compliance.
- Monitor business trends, analyze financial impacts, and recommend measures to ensure budget/forecast integrity.
- Provide insightful analysis for strategic and operational decisions, including financial modeling and resource case studies.
- Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies.
- Perform financial closing for several markets.
- Prepare business analysis and presentations for the region.
- Promote financial discipline and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies.
- Drive APAC FP&A initiatives to promote best practices and elevate professional competency.
- Work on ad hoc finance projects to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Possess a university degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A.
- Experience in a matrix organization is highly valued; experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
