Richemont Regional Senior Controller

- Oversee financial aspects of assigned Maisons in APAC, focusing on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Provide commercial decision support and manage network financial KPIs, investment requests, and cash flow.
- Support the Business Leadership Team with financial planning, KPI management, resource allocation, and investment prioritization.
- Prepare materials for APAC Business Review and advise senior leaders on financial aspects of commercial management and policy compliance.
- Monitor business trends and analyze financial impacts of sales, costs, and project planning deviations.
- Provide insightful analysis for strategic and operational decisions, including Maison networks and support functions.
- Align budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies and monitor financial targets/KPIs.
- Perform financial closing for select markets and prepare insightful business analysis for the region.
- Promote financial discipline and ensure quality of financial forecasts and compliance with corporate finance policies.
- Drive APAC FP&A initiatives to promote best practices and elevate professional competency.
- Participate in ad hoc finance projects to enhance functional efficiency and effectiveness.
- University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A.
- Experience in a matrix organization; retail industry experience is advantageous.
- High business acumen with strategic thinking.
- Strong technical skills in managing high-volume data complexity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High learning agility and ability to thrive in dynamic market conditions.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Active listening, curiosity, and sharp business acumen.
A minimum of 10 years in Controlling/FP&A, preferably within a matrix organization and ideally within the retail industry.
University degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
