Richemont Regional Logistics Project Manager

- Lead the full project life cycle for multiple logistics initiatives, ensuring alignment with Richemont's strategic goals.
- Conduct pre-study gap analyses and propose efficient, compliant new processes.
- Regularly report on project progress, issues, and risks across all phases.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align stakeholders on tasks.
- Oversee change management in logistics warehousing, compliance, and import-export.
- Facilitate workshops and communication to ensure project success.
- Deliver projects on time, meeting quality standards and developing support documentation.
- Establish project governance for post go-live improvements.
- Lead major logistics network and transformation projects.
- Ensure adherence to the APAC logistics operating model and standardization across projects.
- Identify and prioritize regional improvement initiatives.
- Support regional and cross-functional projects, providing operating model expertise.
- Centralize management of major RFQs.
- Continuously improve warehouse and distribution SOPs.
- Collaborate with Group Logistics to implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Optimize transportation from CDC to RDC, RDC to POS, and to End Customer.
- Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Strong project management expertise in logistics operations.
- Experience managing complex projects with data-driven decisions.
- Background in FMCG/High Tech Ecommerce and Omni-Channel projects advantageous.
- Solid logistics and process design, implementation, and reengineering skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI development skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
- SAP implementation experience (GTS, eWM, MM).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong project management and logistics operations expertise in warehouse and transportation is essential. Experience managing complex projects with data-driven decisions is required. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related fields preferred.
