1. Collaborate with the Regional Compliance Manager to support teams across European markets in compliance matters, including conducting compliance training for retail and operations teams.
2. Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations, such as whistleblowing and policy breaches.
3. Conduct client background checks using third-party providers and work with the compliance team to enhance client screening procedures.
4. Support the implementation of the Group’s legal and regulatory compliance strategy.
5. Monitor and improve compliance policies and procedures regionally by enhancing existing controls and KPIs in the region and markets.
6. Aid in developing and adapting regional policies and procedures to address compliance requirements, such as Gifting Policy and AML Policy.

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Compliance, Business Management, or related disciplines, or in Law.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or business legal functions within complex and multicultural organizations.
3. Fluency in French and English with strong written and oral communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.

4. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in IT, including data analysis and management tools.
