Richemont Regional Compliance Specialist

- Collaborate with the Regional Compliance Manager to support teams across European markets in compliance matters, including conducting compliance training for retail and operations teams.
- Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations, such as whistleblowing and policy breaches.
- Conduct client background checks using third-party providers and work with the compliance team to enhance client screening procedures.
- Support the implementation of the Group’s legal and regulatory compliance strategy.
- Monitor and improve compliance policies and procedures regionally by enhancing existing controls and KPIs in the region and markets.
- Aid in developing and adapting regional policies and procedures to address compliance requirements, such as Gifting Policy and AML Policy.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Compliance, Business Management, or related disciplines, or in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or business legal functions within complex and multicultural organizations.
- Fluency in French and English with strong written and oral communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT, including data analysis and management tools.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Compliance, Business Management, or related disciplines, or in Law.
