- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting visitors.
- Perform general administrative and reception duties, including handling calls and managing couriers and mail.
- Manage office access passes for staff and external visitors or contractors.
- Coordinate meeting room requests, including setup and housekeeping.
- Maintain detailed records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Ensure cleanliness of reception and common areas.
- Collaborate with pantry assistants to monitor and replenish office pantry supplies.
- Work with the Facilities team for general maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management as needed.
- Act as the appointed fire warden for the floor.
- Guide vendors during routine maintenance activities.
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining the office filing system.
- Respond to requests through the General Services Portal.
- Maintain office inventory and supplies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support during office projects and events.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including fire safety and health and safety standards.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is advantageous.
- Client-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team.
Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is advantageous.
