- Administer the Purchase to Pay policy across India, Turkey, and South Africa, ensuring compliance in the procurement of goods and services by Maisons and Richemont Functions.
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs) in SAP, collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate vendor information.
- Facilitate efficient procurement processes and timely order execution in coordination with Maisons and Richemont Functions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for Maisons and Richemont Functions on procurement tools and vendor maintenance requirements.
- Support annual vendor due diligence reviews and ensure compliance with master data requirements.
- Generate open Purchase Orders lists for month-end closing processes and participate in process automation projects.
- Perform regular tests of controls as per ICS requirements and assist auditors with implementing recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for PO creation and management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Compliance mindset with credibility and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Good presentation skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance, or Accounting, preferably within the retail industry or a multinational environment handling multiple regions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
