1. Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes for Non-Stock Goods and Services to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Maisons, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Lead change management initiatives, developing training materials and providing support for new processes and technologies.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts and procedures.
5. Design and implement user-friendly solutions to improve stakeholder experience in the procurement process.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for further optimization.
7. Participate in the selection, implementation, and support of new procurement technologies.
8. Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for procurement systems, ensuring strategic alignment.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices to enhance procurement frameworks.

1. Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement within a procurement environment.
3. Experience with indirect procurement and application implementation is highly preferred.
4. Proven experience in designing and optimizing procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
5. Strong understanding of procurement principles and compliance requirements.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Proficiency in data and analytics.

A minimum of 3 years in process analysis, improvement, or a related field within a procurement environment, with a preference for experience in indirect procurement and application implementation.

Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
