- Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes for Non-Stock Goods and Services to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Maisons, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives, developing training materials and providing support for new processes and technologies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts and procedures.
- Design and implement user-friendly solutions to improve stakeholder experience in the procurement process.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for further optimization.
- Participate in the selection, implementation, and support of new procurement technologies.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for procurement systems, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices to enhance procurement frameworks.
- Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement within a procurement environment.
- Experience with indirect procurement and application implementation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in data and analytics.
A minimum of 3 years in process analysis, improvement, or a related field within a procurement environment, with a preference for experience in indirect procurement and application implementation.
Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
