- Adhere to Richemont Americas and Maison specifications regarding tools, technical procedures, work assignments, quality standards, and Standard Times of Operations.
- Polish bracelet and case components of timepieces, following brand-specific procedures and customer requests.
- Ensure all components remain with their respective timepieces.
- Prepare, polish, and clean all components using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following 5S practices.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as requested by the manager.
- High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Capability to stand and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Understanding of mechanical applications is advantageous.
- Technical experience in the watch industry is beneficial.
- Experience with luxury brands is a plus.
- Dexterity and precision in handling small components.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Effective communication and listening.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably within the luxury sector or watch industry.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
