1. Efficiently pick, pack, and merge orders to meet location standards.
2. Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as required.
3. Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label items accurately.
4. Verify production or location accuracy and assign product locations as necessary.
5. Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
7. Ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
8. Perform standing and walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
9. Climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as needed.
10. Regularly move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing
3. Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
4. Basic proficiency in desktop computer use and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
5. Ability to perform basic math computations
6. Demonstrated attention to detail
7. Flexibility in work schedule and consistent attendance
8. Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
