1. Oversee and lead a team of two Master Data Management (MDM) Specialists in managing Customer, Pricing, and Vendor master data.
2. Provide backup support for the MDM team as needed.
3. Support business stakeholders in Customer and Pricing Master Data Governance (MDG) and Vendor Workflow processes, including necessary training.
4. Ensure compliance with data governance rules and internal procedures, enforcing the requirement for proper supporting documentation.
5. Review and perform final validation for all customer, pricing, and vendor creation and modification requests.
6. Maintain user matrices, defaults, and other configuration tables.
7. Assess risks, develop audits, and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
8. Perform relational analysis of master data records to identify inconsistencies and facilitate data cleansing and alignment.
9. Track statistics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
10. Lead project teams in assessment and gap analysis for all MDM projects.
11. Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities.
12. Train new users and routinely update and enhance training documents and procedures.

1. 5+ years of experience in SAP and/or S4 Master Data Management.
2. Bachelor's degree.

2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. High level of integrity, dependability, and attention to detail.
4. Intellectually curious with a focus on process improvements.
5. Robust organizational skills to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
6. User-focused with the ability to teach and lead the user community.
7. Independent self-starter.
8. Appreciation for working in a diverse and global environment.

A minimum of five years of experience in SAP and/or S4 Master Data Management is required.

Bachelor's degree is required.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
