Richemont M&A Specialist

- Assist the M&A team in executing key corporate development projects such as joint ventures, acquisitions, and disposals, as well as coordinating post-merger integration processes.
- Support the M&A team in reviewing potential investment opportunities and preparing investment memos to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare business plans and perform valuation analysis using relevant methodologies for transactions.
- Manage datarooms during due diligence processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to support post-merger integration of newly acquired Maisons.
- Assist in preparation for important meetings, attend meetings, take minutes, and document key outcomes and next steps.
- Experience in a similar corporate development role in a corporation, investment bank, M&A boutique, or corporate finance practice in a Big 4 accounting firm, or private equity.
- Experience in strategic consultancy with commercial due diligence and/or post-merger integration.
- Attention to detail
- Team-player with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance methodologies
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
Candidates should have experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A boutiques, or strategic consultancy with a focus on commercial due diligence and post-merger integration.
