Richemont Logistics Coordinator

- Oversee shipments of general cargo, valuables, and spare parts from the EU or CH to points of sale, ensuring timely transport, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Coordinate with customer service for repair shipments to regional hubs and manage customs clearance for returned items.
- Verify product and trade compliance for materials sent for events and store renovations, ensuring timely delivery to final destinations.
- Ensure high-standard logistics services for internal and external boutique transfers and other activities such as photo shoots.
- Execute daily customs activities for Richemont Istanbul, including customs instructions, communication, and declarations, in collaboration with brokers.
- Maintain proper archiving based on legal and internal procedures, utilizing dedicated folders and numeric sorting.
- Perform inbound and outbound system transactions, including posting goods issues and receipts, monitoring serial numbers, and issuing delivery notes.
- Prepare customer service repair invoices and organize last-mile delivery, including packaging requirements.
- Support month-end closing procedures and ensure visibility of allocation flows on carrier invoices.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely transport solutions and high supplier performance.
- Manage product and trade compliance requirements and reporting efficiently. Participate in regional PTC meetings with the Regional Director of PTC.
- Support logistics cross-functional operations in alignment with business needs.
- Education in logistics or equivalent experience-based training.
- Experience in a similar position or working environment.
- High knowledge of customs operations, transport rules, and inventory transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Autonomy within a defined framework and teamwork capabilities.
Previous experience in logistics, particularly in customs operations and transport management, is required.
Education in logistics or equivalent experience-based training.
