Logistics Coordinator

1. Oversee shipments of general cargo, valuables, and spare parts from shipping origin to point of sales.
2. Ensure transport, customs clearance, and delivery are completed in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate repair shipments to regional hubs and customs clearance for returned items.
4. Check product and trade compliance for materials sent for events and store renovations.
5. Ensure high standard logistics services for internal and external boutique transfers.
6. Execute daily customs activities, including import/export customs instructions and declarations.
7. Ensure proper archiving based on legal regulations and internal procedures.
8. Perform inbound and outbound transactions in the system, including posting goods issues and receipts.
9. Prepare customer service repair invoices and organize last mile delivery.
10. Support month-end closing procedures and ensure visibility of allocation flows on carrier invoices.
11. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely transport and high supplier performance.
12. Handle product and trade compliance requirements and reporting promptly.
13. Participate in regional PTC meetings and support logistics cross-functional operations.

1. Education in logistics or equivalent experience-based training
2. Experience in a similar position or working environment

1. High knowledge of customs operations, transport rules, and inventory transactions
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Autonomy within a defined framework
6. Teamwork skills

Experience in a similar position or previous experience in a similar working environment.

Education in the logistics field or equivalent experience-based training.
