- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to functional needs, including communication strategies and rollout roadmaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and align goals and objectives.
- Provide expertise in measuring and reporting on learner engagement, retention, and application.
- Oversee learning systems, processes, and infrastructure in collaboration with the Director of L&D.
- Identify opportunities for improvement or revision in learning programs.
- 12-15 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Proven ability to apply the ADDIE model end-to-end for critical functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, and HR.
- Proficiency in project management, including building and delivering L&D projects within timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and current trends in EdTech.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions, business, HR, and vendors.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in learning offerings.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to partner with teams across different geographies and cultures.
12-15 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on applying the ADDIE model in various functions.
