1. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to functional needs, including communication strategies and rollout roadmaps.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and align goals and objectives.
3. Provide expertise in measuring and reporting on learner engagement, retention, and application.
4. Oversee learning systems, processes, and infrastructure in collaboration with the Director of L&D.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement or revision in learning programs.

1. 12-15 years of experience in Learning and Development.
2. Proven ability to apply the ADDIE model end-to-end for critical functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, and HR.

1. Proficiency in project management, including building and delivering L&D projects within timelines and budgets.
2. Knowledge of educational technologies and current trends in EdTech.
3. Strong coordination and collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions, business, HR, and vendors.
4. Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in learning offerings.
6. Effective communication skills with the ability to partner with teams across different geographies and cultures.

12-15 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on applying the ADDIE model in various functions.
