1. Provide administrative support on digital platforms such as LMS, LXP, LiL, and Coursera, including extracting and analyzing learner activity and producing evaluation reports.
2. Curate digital content by selecting relevant materials to support various learning initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts from different functions, brands, and regions.
3. Manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors and review vendor processes to ensure efficient administrative access for learning reports.
4. Lead community engagements on digital platform topics and learning consumption, preparing high-quality presentation slides.
5. Support the People Experience team in organizing global events and community engagements.

1. Curious and creative thinker with an academic qualification.
2. Data-driven individual with an analytical mindset.
3. Understanding or practice of Instruction Design and Adult Learning pedagogy is advantageous.
4. Previous experience with a Learning Management System or digital learning tool.
5. Basic planning, project management, and communication skills.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is an asset.
7. Must be a serial learner and available for a 6-month internship starting on 15.04.2025.
8. Internship agreement with a school or university is mandatory.

3. Organizational and proactive approach.

Previous experience with a Learning Management System or digital learning tool is preferred.

Academic qualification preferred.
