Learning & Development Intern

1. Provide administrative support on digital platforms such as LMS, LXP, LiL, and Coursera.
2. Extract and analyze learner activity and produce analysis reports on learning initiatives.
3. Coordinate with HRIS teams and manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
4. Curate digital content in collaboration with SMEs from different functions, Maisons, and regions.
5. Review and update vendor processes and administrative access for learner reports.
6. Lead community engagements on digital platform topics and learning consumption.
7. Support global event organization and community engagements for the People Experience team.

1. Curious and creative thinker with an academic qualification.
2. Data-driven with an analytical mindset.
3. Understanding or practice of Instruction Design and Adult Learning pedagogy is an asset.
4. Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a digital learning tool.

1. Basic planning, project management, and communication skills.
2. Organized and proactive.
3. Fluency in English; French is an asset.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
6. Must be a serial learner.

Available for a 6-month internship starting on 15.04.2025. Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a digital learning tool is preferred.

Internship agreement with a school/university is mandatory.
