1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
2. Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and Product Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Contribute to all phases of development, including coding, testing, deployment, and support.
4. Optimize CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues.
5. Analyze business and technical requirements to design robust backend solutions.
6. Maintain and improve existing services, ensuring code quality and reliability.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
8. Collaborate with the Support Team to diagnose and fix production issues.
9. Work with the DevOps Team to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
11. Review functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
12. Assist Quality Assurance Engineers and Test Managers in defining test strategies and automation frameworks.
13. Manage the release process, coordinating with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
14. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in French or other languages is a plus.

1. Strong expertise in Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Cloud).
2. Experience with microservices architectures and event-driven systems (AWS SQS, Solace).
3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI) and related protocols (JSON, XML, HTTP).
4. Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
5. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Groovy).
6. Familiarity with IAM tools (Keycloak, OIDC flows) is a plus.
7. Knowledge of e-Commerce or content platforms or Web3 is a plus.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Excellent communication and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams.
10. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.
11. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
