- Serve as the primary contact for Distributor inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage order processing with a focus on precision and accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with Distributors and internal teams to provide real-time updates on orders, anticipate potential issues, and resolve them preemptively.
- Coordinate reverse logistics and issue credit notes promptly, ensuring a seamless return and quality resolution process.
- Oversee customs documentation for distributor shipments and manage delivery bookings to customer sites.
- Track and oversee shipments from multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of logistical issues.
- Report inventory levels at each distributor quarterly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.
- Lead the cycle count validation process, ensuring synchronization between physical stock and system records.
- Manage non-allocatable inventory efficiently to prevent disruptions in order fulfillment.
- Oversee the inventory returns process, ensuring timely and accurate data closure.
- Support pre-inbound processes in cooperation with Warehouse, Outbound Planner, and Production teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver strategic insights and actionable reports to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest and implement enhancements in customer service and inventory management processes.
- Understanding of logistics operations, including shipping coordination, warehouse workflows, and customs compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, cycle counting methodologies, and WMS platforms such as Softeon and Blue Cherry.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel, with understanding of basic formulas.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is desired but not mandatory.
