- Provide leadership and guidance to the Stock Control team and Internal Controls Specialist, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee processes within the Retail Back Office and Internal Controls function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock control, financial reporting, and internal audit procedures.
- Manage and deliver projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, and internal control enhancements, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, effectively communicating updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures, conducting regular reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Review and analyze reports generated by the team, identifying trends and potential issues, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support the team in responding to internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and information are readily available.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and digitalization, including process automation and adoption of digital strategies.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a finance or audit environment.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proven experience in managing teams within a finance or audit environment, with a strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
