Richemont Internal Communication Manager

- Manage the comprehensive engagement and communication strategy for Richemont's Swiss-wide audiences, focusing on information pertinent to Swiss site colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Site Directors, Swiss HR, and Local IT and Security teams.
- Oversee the use of Viva Engage as a primary channel for peer-to-peer communication and community building within Swiss communities.
- Serve as Editor in Chief for Swiss news, ensuring adherence to publication deadlines and content standards.
- Produce analytics to optimize content type, frequency, and distribution channels for Swiss communications.
- Coordinate with the Group Internal Communication Digital team to maintain and enhance the intranet for Swiss sites.
- Work closely with the Swiss Campuses Director, with a functional reporting line to this role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
Significant experience in managing complex communication agendas within a fast-paced environment, ideally in a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
