1. Ensure compliance and execution of import formalities according to Swiss and international regulations.
2. Organize transportation logistics from manufacturers to markets, including road, freight, and maritime.
3. Manage discrepancies from markets and Maisons, addressing root causes.
4. Enhance team efficiency by developing versatility, skills, and autonomy.

1. Higher education degree (HEG, University, or equivalent)
2. Proven experience in team and project management
3. Strong knowledge in import/customs and logistics

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Proficiency in French and English
4. Advanced computer skills, including Excel and SAP
5. Ability to manage stress and anticipate problems

Confirmed experience in team and project management within the import/customs and logistics sectors.
