- Process invoices from HR suppliers.
- Manage payment control for HR-related expenses.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including transportation, meal vouchers, health plans, and wellness programs.
- Validate and allocate benefits.
- Handle electronic timekeeping entries and adjustments.
- Generate and analyze effectiveness reports for management review.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and documentation verification.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and communication.
- Facilitate the integration process for new employees.
- Organize and maintain employee records and files.
- Support the digitization of employee documents.
- Oversee the signing of vacation, leave, and absence receipts.
- Assist with internal communications and event coordination.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
