1. Develop and implement a comprehensive and forward-thinking people strategy encompassing workforce planning, talent acquisition, management, learning, and development.
2. Serve as a strategic partner and influencer to the SEAO CEO and Maisons, driving HR transformation and enhancing organizational capabilities.
3. Lead and develop a cohesive and high-performing HR team across SEAO, establishing clear roles and fostering collaboration.
4. Cultivate a strong people-focused culture and contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives.
5. Facilitate strong partnerships between local, regional, and global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

1. Minimum of 12 years of HR experience with significant leadership roles in large multinational corporations.
2. Proven track record in leading teams in a multi-market sub-region, including virtual and remote settings.
3. Experience in managing change and fostering an agile, digital work environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and strong network with local stakeholders.
