Human Resources Director

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, and management.
2. Serve as a strategic partner and influencer to the SEAO CEO and Maisons.
3. Hire, develop, and lead a cohesive HR team in SEAO.
4. Set clear roles and responsibilities for HR Market Leads, HRBPs, COEs, and People Operations.
5. Foster a performance-driven and caring culture.
6. Contribute to corporate social responsibility and local society.
7. Achieve strong partnerships between local, regional, and global teams.

1. At least 12 years of experience in HR with a significant leadership track record in large multinational corporations.
2. Proven leadership capabilities in multi-market sub-regions and virtual settings.
3. Experience in managing and leading change in an agile, digital, and modern work environment.
4. Knowledge of local labor law and a network of local key stakeholders.

1. Outstanding communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
2. Strong business acumen.
3. Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations.
4. Experience in coaching and agility is a plus.

At least 12 years of HR experience with significant leadership roles in international, fast-paced environments such as consumer goods, technology, retail, or creative industries.
